How SplatSearch handles directory submissions, agency-matching enquiries and the contact information supplied through its forms.

Information we collect
Agency submissions may include company, website, location, services and business contact details. Matching requests may include a name, work email, mandatory phone number, company, city, company website, company size, location preference, service need, timeframe, budget indication and project brief.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to review directory inclusion, correct profiles, respond to matching requests, prevent abuse and maintain an editorial record.
Where matching forms go
Matching requests are saved in private server-side SplatSearch form storage and trigger an email notification to [email protected]. They are not automatically broadcast to listed providers.
Public and private information
Submitting a form does not make personal contact details public. Published provider profiles use business information checked against public or authorised sources.
Retention and rights
Contact SplatSearch if you want to ask how your enquiry is being handled or request that information supplied through a form is corrected or deleted.
